One of the biggest trends for advertisement in this digital world is blogging. People of all ages dig the idea of short posts with helpful information, it's a win-win situation. On the branding side of blogging there are major benefits as well. When you write a short article on the happenings in your business, a cheat sheet with tips and tricks, or even a blog post about the company’s newest staff member; followers feel connected to your business.
When your following, or clientele, feel that they are familiar and connected to your business the clicks and likes are sure to follow. When a more human element is added to the face of a business, in this case a blog, it adds a relatable aspect that draws audiences in. Not only do blogs bring in a larger audience, posts can be lead generating as well.
Blog posts are a form of enlightenment that always links back to your brand, whether it’s your website or your social media. Once you have a captive audience hooked on the “what’s next” of your company, it will lead to them clicking on different tabs of your site looking for more information on all of the exciting things happening. Which leads to interaction with your services, packages, products etc.
However, when writing posts, there is a sort of code that you have to follow. Your information needs to be clear, concise, and most of all, compelling. Short paragraphs and short sentences are the key to keeping audiences engaged and actively comprehending what you are saying. Although you will look incredibly eloquent with extensive vocabulary used, no one will pleasure read something they have to work to understand. Lastly, make it fun! Provide information that is useful but keep it energetic and captavitating!
